Our careers have taken us through research labs, operating rooms, product teams, healthcare systems, and some truly unruly datasets. We’ve each spent years learning how to untangle complicated problems—and we tend to notice different things when we look at the same one.
Between us, we’ve built a pretty deep toolkit for figuring out what’s happening, what’s getting in the way, and what to do about it.
Oluchi Randolph, Ph.D.
Researcher + Strategist
Oluchi has spent 10+ years studying people and the systems around them. Her work has taken her from academic research and public-sector innovation to healthcare and fintech, helping teams understand why people do what they do and what to make of it. She brings a researcher’s curiosity, a strategist’s eye, and a healthy comfort with questions that don’t have neat answers.
Jake Randolph, M.S.
Data Scientist
Jake spent nine years in operating rooms, using real-time physiological data to help surgical teams make decisions while procedures were underway. He later moved into data science, where for the past five years he’s worked with large, messy datasets to uncover patterns and help organizations decide what to do next. He’s seen firsthand what good information can make possible—and what can happen when people don’t have it.
